What is UPVC??
Answer:
UPVC is an excellent, highly insulate material, which benefits from
little or no external maintenance. It is readily available and well
tested and is usually the lowest cost option for rooflines today.
It is mainly seen in white but also available in Mahogany and Oak
wood grain styles.
UPVC stands for:
Unplasticised Poly Vinyl Chloride, which is a chemical compound
of chlorine, carbon and hydrogen.

In addition to replacement services Fascia fix also offers
a complete range of improvement services to both Fascia
Fix and non Fascia Fix installations.
- Birdcone can be added to homes with rigged or arched tiles
and is designed to stop birds entering and nesting in the
eaves.
- Gutterguard protects your rainwater system from clogging
and ensures minimal problems in this area.
- Maintenance and Cleaning Services:
Fascia Fix also provides maintenance services designed to
fit your needs and to keep your roofline in a pristine and
functional condition.
- Parts replacement/repair. Offered to current and non current
customers. Includes replacement of parts and refinishing
to a high standard
- Cleaning. For a nominal fee we will remove existing guttering
and clean all fascias and soffits with specialised UPVC
solvent cleaners
